  1. i'm guessing that you have talked to your doctor already

  2. eh whats the problem

  3. can't answer till you actually state a problem

  4. It happens more frequently than you think, and it is called "secondary infertility" (when you get a first baby and you have difficulties conceiving again).

Secondary infertility cannot always be explained scientifically.

It can be a matter of luck. Your fertile period lasts about 24 hours (the day you ovulate) since the ovule can only survive 24 hours. After that time, it cannot be fertilized by sperm.

There are devices, called "fertility monitors" that can allow you to detect your ovulation date and therefore your fertile period.

These devices work either by detecting hormone levels in your urine (you have to pee on a stick) or rely on basal body temperature to detect when you ovulate (you have to wake up early every morning to measure your temperature - except for one of the devices i think). Check out what it is written about fertility monitors, basal body temperature and LH (Luteinizing Hormone) on Wikipedia.

Alternatively, there could be a biological reason behind your problem. For that, you need to see a doctor and undergo some tests before you can pinpoint the exact source of the problem.

Best of luck with conceiving a baby!

  5. You should first see your gynecologist. If you have already done that then you may want to ask for a referral to a reproductive endocrinologist. There are lots of reasons a person could have trouble conceiving. PCOS,age, Insulin resistance, and low sperm count are the more common reasons. Some of these reasons are easier to treat than others. I had Insulin resistance and was trying to conceive for 3 years. If you want to get pregnant sooner rather than later, going to see your doctor is the best thing that you can do.
