Binding holes stripped?

so what happens if the scre holes get stripped....does it make the board useless or can a ski shop fix that?

The inserts can be repaired, but it's not quite as good as new. Take it to a good repair shop, they've seen it before.

what jim said, and also, quit tightening your screws to the point of stripping the inserts.  you should invest in some lock-tite
