i live on a small island and there is nothing here fun to do, it is only 25 miles long my weekends consist of house parties and bon fires on the beach .Me and my friends are never empty handed there is always alchol about we play drinking games and almost all my friends smoke and drink, like my self.. is this really bad for me ,do i need to slow down.. i dont want to be left out. im only16

  1. Drinking is fine in my opinion as long as you COULD go without alcohol if you chose to. High School and College are your party years, as long as you maintain good grades and goals for the future, you're set. Eventually partying won't be an option anymore, when you're older, so live it up now.

    read.write take courses.learn how to gourmet cook,play sports,volunteer for anything over there....c´m on...not only you are damaging your body,you can have accidents while drunk.and the least is to die.you can wind up losing an eye,falling and winding up in a wheelchair for life...

  7. Yes, you should slow down. As a matter of fact you should just stop drinking and smoking. You can become an alcoholic or you could die from excessive drinking. It seems like alcohol is easy to get where you live.  Smoking is another bad habit.  You are just sixteen.  Philip Morris has a lot of information about teenage smoking.  You say you do not want to be left out well, what happens when one of your friends or yourself die from excessive drinking or someone gets hurt because of too much alcohol that has been consume, or you or your friends get emphysema from smoking.  Think about it.
