Bingo Fraud: what are the laws? Where to report it?

I'm trying to find federal (USA) and/or state (Pennsylvania) laws pertaining to charity (volunteer fire department) BINGO fraud. All I've been able to find are laws regarding bingo licensing, regulation of the set up, embezzlement, etc. But what I want to know about specifically is THE RIGGING of bingo and other games such as strip tickets played at bingo.

If you do not know of a link...do you at least know with whom I would file a complaint? I'm thinking perhaps the Attorney Generals office.....but I don't know.

I'm really upset about the blatant cheating I saw tonight. Long story...but basically, a woman was brought money for winning a strip ticket before she even opened the ticket and saw her number. I made snide remarks, and when we were leaving one of the volunteers even came up to me and went on about how much this woman spends at their bingo every month. Like that should matter. Cheating is wrong--period.

  1. Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board are the folks you want to talk to although this is going to be hard to prove, but at least you can have your say.
