has anyone out there burned biodiesel made from WVO in their home oil burning furnace

Yes-

Heating oil and petroleum diesel are very similar in characteristic. Petroleum diesel and biodiesel are almost identical in function.

You should have no problem burning biodiesel in your oil furnace, people do it all the time.

If you are uncomfortable you can start with a small amount of biodiesel (less than 10%) mixed in with your heating oil. As you build confidence with how it is functioning you can add more to the mixture until you are at 100% biodiesel.
