Enki the 'Lofty One' is one of the serpents (scientist and geneticist) of the creation man. Enki was the son of Anu and he had a brother named Enlil and a sister named Ninti and another sister named Ninlil.  Nin must be the title for women in ancient Sumerian. Anu was not Yahweh though many believe. Anu even had parents. I believe Ninlil and Enlil was given domain over Africa and Enki and Ninti was given domain over the Middle East. Ninlil didn't want to have a child and Enlil raped her orders by Anu. This caused a fight or some kind of way the earth became corrupt by their actions this is why they became known as the "Lofty Ones" and the outcome was to destroy mankind based on their evil. But ENki called Utnapishtim to escape the disaster. Enlil wanted to kill everyone.
