Biological inventions in 2020?

Hi, I would like to gather some ideas for a paper which i have to submit.

Qn: In 2020, predict 2 top biological inventions (with regard to genetic engineering techniques) that are essential and revolutionary to our daily lives in the future society~~

Can anyone pls give me some ideas on what type of inventions there might be in the years to come..? Really appreciate it.. thanks!!

well, apparently there's some kind of cellular matrix-derived powder that made some guy regrow a finger-tip. Hopefully it will lead to full limb regeneration, and maybe even organ replacement.
