how can i find my biological father for little or no cost. please help , i have a name and possible last known address and appr. age.

IF you have the last known address, and IF he is still at that address and IF he has a listed phone number, you can look for him on www.anywho.com

If you write to him at that address with "Please forward" on the outside of the envelope, the current residents may.

If you are in the USA, the Social Security Administration will forward a letter. Write if you'd like the link.

A country would help. Different countries have different agencies. If you are a Brit, the SSA isn't going to be worth squat to you.
