If an enquiry to the left side of the brain occurs often the right side of the body is effected. How can u explain this?

It's the way your brain is wired.  The left side of the brain controls the right side of the body, and vice versa.

The motor and sensory areas in the left side of the brain control and monitor the right side of the body, and vice versa.

This is because nerve fibers decussate or cross over as they form a structure in the brain called reticular formation. Thus if an injury occured on one side of the brain, the opposite side of the body is affected except for the head.
