  3. Q-1 is a horribly worded question and I've no idea what the answer is.  I can't even figure out what the question is trying to measure.

    However, #2 is A.  In sickle-cell the red blood cell's shape is effected by a defective protein.  In hemophilia, there is a defective gene for the manufacture of fibrinogen, a protein required for clotting.
