Biology idea question?

That question didnt make much sense there but anyway..

i was wondering if anyone had any round about ideas of something i could do for my Advanced Higher (Scottish) Biology investigation

I think this is similar to an english a level..... maybe... im not very good at converting that sort of thing.

anyway.. any ideas in some sort of detail would be useful... maybe to do with enzymes.... this is worth 20 or 25% of my overall mark at the end of the year so any help will be appreciated.. i think it could be more actually =/

I would suggest an experiment involving PCR.

With PCR you could:

Clone DNA/Gene

Introduce a gene mutation

Combine different fragments of DNA

etc.

It involves an enzyme, DNA Polymerase, and it is a highly sought after skill in the job marketplace.
