Biology plant project!!?

Question

i need an example of each that i can find a ur local home depot garden place, ive already got some but please correct me if im wrong:

- fern or fern allies (horsetail)

- monocot flower (lily)

- dicot flower ( i dont know 1)

- any plant from the mint family (rosemary)

- any plant from the grass family (blue grass)

- conifer (cedar or pine)

- any plant from the legume family (mesquite)

- simple leaf on a stem (maple)

- stem showing leaves that are lobed, spiny, or toothed (holly)

- any plant from the composite family (daisy)

All of yours are correct. For dicots you could get dasies, celery, shrubs, roses, peas .. beans.. there are tons!

All the ones you have are correct.  Most ornamental flowers are dicots; you could say rose.
