What effect does fatigue have on the electrical activity of a muscle and what is the reason for this response?

  1. Unless you heavily damaged your nerves or repeatedly over fired them, fatigue generally has nothing to do with the input nervous signal.

    Fatigue is just a way of the nerves telling you that the muscle is over worked (due to either a lactic acid build up, stemming from too little oxygen to maintain it's function), but electrical signals don't directly stop as a result of that.
