Biosociality, Biovalue, Biological citizenship...what do they mean?

I am encountering these terms while reading medical anthropology essays. Can anybody please help to explain these three terms to me?

    Biovalue is a term used to explain the worth of a biological entity in relation to a larger concept.

    Biological citizenship is a term used to describe groups of people in terms of race, blood lines, stock, intelligence and so forth as a result of the expansion of biotechnology and genomics.
