  1. it is hard to get diagnosed and sometimes takes along time to get a diagnosis, sometimes you are misdiagnosed

the best thing is to take care of your health, so your health gets better and the symptoms go away

eat healthy, take vitamins, get plenty of sleep

have some blood tests done to see if your body is missing something

    or if you have allergies

    check out curezone.com

  2. My mind has a beat like a drummer..that is really fast.....Had it my whole life.

I have just learned to slow it down...YOGA..deep breathing.....have taken Meds...didn't work....FOCUS ..thats the secret....HUGS!!

  3. You don't sound bipolar or ADHD at all. You sound like a normal kid.

And no, I won't do your homework for you. Do it yourself.

  4. Hyperactivity from ADHD would be nonstop, have been there since you were a kid, and be really noticable - as in your teachers probably would have complained.  A lot of people get wound up from sugar and caffeine, so that doesn't indicate anything.

Bipolar is a difficult diagnosis to make for the professionals, so it's not something you can find answers on the Internet.  What is fair to say is that you'd most likely haver periods of severe depression lasting at least a week if not longer, and periods of significant elation with reduced need for sleep, again lasting a week or longer.  The week time periods are the standard for the diagnosis.

  5. its all in your head. your a hypochondriac, either way. go to a shrink

  6. do you get good grades? if you do, then you don't have adhd, my parents thought i had it, but then later on, my teachers said no
