Bipolars! How do you stop yourself from worrying so much?

I worry, worry, and worry some more and it's usually about myself or family members. I just don't know how to control this. Any tips??? Thank you.

Also, I have a bad habit of changing my mind and if I'm not comfortable w/ something, I'll dwell on it constantly. Like for instance, I'm not sure if the top I'm wearing suits me. Why do I care so much?

I'm not vein just Bipolar :(

  3. You may be ADD, you can't organize and categorize your chemistry. See a psychiatrist.

  4. I worry allot but try to look at life on a smaller picture.

    I read an article on the Monks and how they meditate. They only view life at one step at a time. Each step you take is the only thing you think off. It helped me realise life is about moments, some are good, some are not. That's it, nothing else, so there is no need to worry.

    I also say to myself "Is anyone dying? NO, then there is no reason to worry"
