Bird behavior issues...?

Question

Okay, well I have three parakeets:

Kiwi--youngest male

Angel--female

Sky--oldest male

Ever since I introduced Kiwi and Angel to Sky about a week ago, Sky has been bullying Kiwi!!

I dont know why though...

But Sky and Angel bonded really well, and Kiwi is always isolated because of the constant fighting with Sky.

Is this a dominance issue??

Sky is only aggressive to Kiwi but is very sweet to me and Angel...

sometimes when Kiwi eats, Sky would pick a fight with him and of course Kiwi backs down. I was thinking about seperating Kiwi from the others, but he would be just as lonely in a cage by himself

Im a little concerned about Kiwi...

Hes seems very lonely...

He just sits on the opposite perch while Sky and Angel preen each other or w/e and when he comes near Sky always gets mad

Is there a way to fix Sky's bullying behavior??

Hes NOT an aggressive bird AT ALL!! he just picks on Kiwi!!

Plz help!!!

I didn't have to read more than the first paragraph to tell you what's wrong..you never have 2 males and one female.  And since it was already Sky's house, he'll accept another female..or even a couple. But will not accept a male to horn in.  You need to  put Kiwi in his own cage.  It is a dominance issue, and eventually he may even kill Kiwi.  From the sound of it he has really been on Kiwi and hut him a little.  You will not have a pet much longer with Sky since he has Angel, so make Kiwi your new buddy.

This is an easy one. It was Sky's territory, and now it's gonna be Sky's woman too. Poor Kiwi didn't stand a chance at dominance, he's younger and just moved in. You may want to consider separating Kiwi from the bunch and getting him a friend of his own.

And yeah it's a dominance issue. They're fighting for the female and Sky just happens to be bigger and badder.

Kiwi needs to be separated. Sometimes a bird living with multiple birds can even starve because they are dominated. You can not modify Sky's behavior and every one will be happier.
