Birds commiting suicide?

i have heard that a type of bird commits suicide by jumping of a cliff when it is born because of the fact that it will soon be killed by another animal is this true or just a myth

Myth. Only one creature on earth regularly commits suicide.

there are birds that commit suicide but not for that reason and not when they're babies.

   swans will commit suicide if their mate dies(swans mate for life) i can't think of any others tho.
