The website looks great but if you want to see the real pics of what it looks like email me, I would not want anyone to book at their prices and then feel ripped off like me.

You seem to be carrying a bit of a grudge about your experience there.

Did you make your dis-satisfaction known to Birks when you stayed there? What was their reaction? Did they offer to reimburse you in any way? Do they actually know you are unhappy?

No point in filling Yahoo Answers with your dis-satisfaction if you haven't talked to Birks first.
