Birmingham move to Blackpool HELP PLEASE?

Hi, struggling abit, me and my friend live in birmingham uk, and want move to blackpool to a council house 2 bedroom or 3 if possible. As my friend is disabled and she has usher syndrome type one, and cannot walk very well now well not far distances, we need to know the very best areas to live in blackpool, as we need to be close to shops, beach, town ect, just basically local, but we have no idea where and how to start searching. we have a blackpool council form and have a list of areas thats all but doesnt tell us what the area is like, and if its suitable for my friends needs.

Please if you have any suggestions we be very grateful.

And if need to know the areas i have on the blackpool form just ask and i dont mind typing them down.

Also i have two maps and there no good. i prefer pictures and someone who actually knows about the area if possible

Please help if anyone can.

My aunty lives in Bispham, Blackpool. It's the outskirts of Blackpool, not the town centre. She's in a council place. Seems ok there.

maybe you would be elegible for housing benefit and council tax relief.
