Birmingham night out for people in their mid 30's?

Question

A group of ladies in their mid 30's want to go into Birmingham (UK) on a night out tonight. But where do we go without going to the Meat Market places where we'd be the eldest by far! Somewhere classy, sophisticated with more than a chance of meeting same age/ like minded males would be ideal! ;)
