Birminghan bus pass?

I just moved from London to Birmingham and would like to know where to buy a monthly bus pass, how much it cost, and if I have to fill in any form for that.

Available at most newsagents, a 4 week pass will cost you £43.60. (For use at all times).

You can get get monthly ,weekly bus passes form most main Newsagents in Birmingham

Not sure how nuch they are now but if i remember right you have to get a passport photo done aswell.
