Birth certificate info???

Question

I was born in Tom's river, New jersey. Where would i get a birth certificate from??? I have legally changed my name so i need a new one but i dont know where to call or go online to find one. Help???

I got my daughter's birth certificate from www.vitalcheck.com

You can get any type of certificate for a price. It varies. I paid $20.00 for my daughters who was born in Kentucky, but mine is $50.00 ( I was born in Alaska).
