Birth certificate???

hi why do we get a copy of the birth certificate from the computer is it valid i mean when you go to the officce to get one you pay 10 bucks per copy and they print it out is it valid to travel?

A birth certificate is only valid if it has a raised seal of the county where the birth certificate was issued. As long as it has a raised seal it is legal. If it does not have a raised seal then it will not be accepted.
