hi there hey what´s the different between a copy of the birth certificate and a certifed copy of the birth certificate.

A copy of a birth certificate is just that--a copy.  A certified copy of a birth certificate is one where the notary public saw the original and certifies with his/her stamp/seal that the copy is of the original birth certificate....
