If you are having your period, you can go on birth control.

But you really need to ask yourself some serious questions first. While it is possible, it really shouldn't be necessary. You shouldn't need it, you should not be having sexual relations at 13 as you are simply too young to be making that kind of choice for yourself and your body is simply not ready for it. Nature gives us our periods at that age so our bodies can practice for a few years... you still need to be a grown-up before you can be a Mommy.

With parental consent, yes.

If you're having s*x already, then you should definitely be on it - I'm not going to go into the illegality and irresponsibility of s*x at your age - but if you're having s*x, you should be protected.

If you're wanting it to regulate your periods, then it's best to work out why your periods are irregular or painful first.

Yes, technically you can, though it won't do you much good. You have to have parental consent. And condoms won't help prevent pregnancy well. You are too young to have s*x. You're crazy. And all of the little girls at your school will find out, and believe me, you willbe marked as a s**t, a ho, a w***e, a s***k, and a lot of other things for the rest of your life.

Depending on where you live, you may be able to get it without parental consent at 13. Look it up to be sure. It's safe enough, if that's what you're asking. And if you need parental consent, talk to your mom.
