  1. Yes, the pill will regulate your periods every month.

If you're irregular, you can start your pills at any time.

I started mine when I was bleeding (not a period) due to PCOS.

If you look at the pack, it may contain stickers for different days to start for your pills.  If you want your periods to come on a Sunday, start your pack on a Friday.

When you take it is up to you.  The only thing that matters is that you take it at that same time every day and not skip any pills to avoid becoming pregnant.  I always took mine in the morning when I got up.

Cramps hurt for everyone.  You can take period meds like Pamprin to get rid of the cramps.

You may or may not experience spotting or break through bleeding for awhile when you first start the pills (I didn't), but that is normal and will stop eventually.  You just continue taking your pills as usual.

Your periods for the first six months on the pill may be heavier than normal, but they will lighten up eventually.  How many days they will be depends on how many days they were before you went on the pill, but the days may shorten after taking it for at least five years.  Mine were shortened by one day.  Before pills I went seven days.  On the pills it went to six days.

  2. yes it will regulate your cyle.  you must have s*x with lots of different men, the change in s***n circulating in your cervix will keep your periods regular.  thats your best hope
