Birthday Gift suggestion,anyone?=)?

Question

So i have a friend(girl), she's turning 21 in a week's time. I've known her for a year or so . However, recently,(3 months ago) we became really close. So i was wondering what gift should i get her

1. she's girlish (VERY!!)

2. she likes the color red

3. she prefers looks to function

4. she recently decorated her room in brown...(should i get something for her room)

5. She recently lost 2 of her most valued perfumes..should i get her one of those instead cause she was really upset...and still is...

Any suggestions are welcomed but please don't give me crappy answers..ha ha tq..

Others have good ideas, but mine is a bit different: In addition to getting her a red scarf, give her a voucher so she can pick what she wants. That is a dodgy way to get round buying for someone!

buy some beautiful red roses. a good bottle of perfume. a cute heart shaped pillow or bedspread with white and red hearts or something that will go well with her room. then take her to a romantic dinner (girly girls love romantic dinners.)

Then, dedicate a doll in my friend's blog. Its very sweet, I got a dedication once, and I am touched, well quite. go to www.dolls4girlygirls.blogspot.com . Its not really tht grand so add a gift. The dedication is just like for an additional thoughtful gesture. (don't worry its free) Think about it!

Perfume is nice, maybe get a nice red scarf and rap it in that.

21 is considered a bit of a get them an adult gift - something like a gift for when they move into their own homes (if they haven't already).  So maybe:

A wooden trimmed to clock for her wall

A print with a wooden frame

Other gifts:

Maybe go to somewhere like the Bodyshop or Oxfam or such.

Perfume sounds good! Even if more than one person gives her the same, it will be used eventually.

You could always buy her a girt card but then you are not really choosing something from the heart <3 maybe buy her candy(red candy) and put it in a nice mug and then wrap the mug up! I would do that for my friends when i was little but it looked cool and the mug was also cool. maybe if she lives her on her own or without her pearents you could buy something like fancy soaps or something from a beauty store. Maybe you could buy her a voucer for a nail polishing thing (manacure?) and she cold use it on a special occasion. you could even look around her house and see what is missing like a lamp for her living room or some nice art in her apartment! it was my birthday recently and i turned 15 so my family friends gave me 15 presents which were all funny little random things :p (like chips, marshmellows, a mandarin, a tennis ball) so maybe you could buy her 21 funny little presents :D and for my last idea you could put togher a scrapbook or album of photos togher to remember :D

Maybe you could get her a small bottle of one of her most valued perfumes. The one that was her favorite or that she wore most often. Then you could get her something cute for her room. Like a pink and brown polka dot lamp or a cute pillow that goes with her bed. And lastly to throw it all together, get her a cute pajama set or maybe a shirt or two from her favorite brand. You don't have to do all of this either. You could omit some parts or do it all! =]
