Birthday Party Ideas For 12 Year Old Girl?

I was thinking of doing a limo party where I pick up all my friends and we drive around for a while and come back to my house for cake and presents. Does that sound like a good idea? Or should I do something else? My budget is $500 and I live in the Portland Area. (Oregon).

if you use a limo, actually go somewhere for the presents/cake.

if budget is low, perhaps a park? or something inexpensive but still fun.
