I'm turning 15 in early Spetember, but I'm in England so the weather will be getting quite cold. And I've got no idea what to do. I wouldn't mind having a sleepover after but I want something to do before. No boys! Roughly 8-12 girls. Any ideas?

  1. Hey- yeah sunny England hey- I want a summer!

I have just had my sixteenth and I had like a themed party- all girls- so pick something u really love and then use creative flare!

Basically I had a musical themed party- so everyone dressed up as a character from a musical and this instantly gets people in the mood. Then, the space you are having the party in can be themed and look fantastic- I printed off loads of random musical pictures and mounted them, put out loads of programmes, tickets, scripts and even made a programme for the party saying a "cast" of who everyone was dressed up as so there was no embarrassing not realising who someone was trying to be! For the actual activities we had a laugh playing old school party games with a theatre twist- for instance "pin the actor on the stage". Also obstacle courses are always great fun- party game websites have great ideas on there for these and you can pick and choose the bits you like- leap frog/ three legged are always funny. As for food- if you want to keep cost down you can always ask people to bring something along- a lot of the time people will be really sweet and bake you a cake or something :) If you have an ipod station you can make yourself a playlist of music that fits in with the theme (in my case it was musicals) or just your favourite songs so that you don't have to keep swapping cd's etc. This sort of party is really fun to organise (especially with a willing best friend!) and also really enjoyable with the amount of people you are suggesting.

    Some themes could be:

mardis gras, tea party, animals- (lots of animal print!), masquerade ball etc

Hope this helps and have a great bday!

  2. themed parties are always cool.  Try doing a beauty boutique type party where you do each other hair and makeup then take pictures of the crazy looks you create.  Hopefully that will help.

  3. suggestions: go bowling, laser tag, swim at a indoor swimming pool, watch a movie? :)

  4. Depends on what you like to do and the attitude of your friends.

My rents allowed me to have a bedroom painting party when I was 13 or so.   Dad covered the floor with thick plastic and taped all the molding and outlets.  Mom and I picked several colors for the room, washable latex.  My oldest brother had a dozen or so L to XL T shirt made saying "Donna Painting Crew".  Dad provided some surgical caps.  My friend came for the party and I told them what we woud do --- I stripe down to panties and put on my T shirt and cap.  We painted my bedroom all night in with rollers and brushes --- we had some poster paint --- paint was everywhere --- it was fun.

Dad and my brothers came in on the weekend and repainted the mess --.  Oh we used paint that was returned to a paint store with odd colors --- it was like 3 - 8 dollars a gallon.

Pizza --- boy talk and talking about rents.  We washed everybody off with a hose in the morning in our basement tub area --- No sleep, paint, paint fights, and a water fight  --- a fun messy party.

  5. A cool and memorable birthday party for p*****n girls aged 8-12 can be challenging to throw. They’re too old for the playground but not ready for teenage activities. Here are several ideas to make sure your p*****n daughter’s birthday will be a successful party.

    1. Roller Skating Party - Your local skating rink will have different birthday party packages to choose from. Usually they will have a party room that you can reserve with a host/hostess to run the party. The group of kids should get skate admission and rental, food, beverages, cake and ice cream, game tokens and more. Check with your local rink for details.

    2. Pottery Party - Pottery painting parties are becoming very popular. Many pottery places have a private room for birthday parties. Kids will get to make and take their own personalized plate or bowl. They normally ask that you bring your own food and decorations. It depends on the place so call them for details. At the end of the party each child will have their creation fired in the kiln for a permanent souvenir from the party.

    3. A Tea Party - This is a great idea for the younger p*****n girls. The girls dress up in their Sunday best dresses and are served a real tea time. You can either turn your own home or see if there is a local tea place that offers tea parties for girls. If you decide to do it in your own home just set up some kids size tables with white fabrics, fresh flowers and formal tea party set. Serve tea or juice in a teapot along with finger sandwiches (heart-shaped bologna or peanut butter and jelly). A nice finish to the party would be a teapot shaped cake. After tea time, you could have a fashion show so that each girl can show off her outfit or make a craft. Don’t forget to take lots of pictures.

    Best Foods for Teen Parties:

The best foods for teen parties are the grab and go kind: pizza, burgers, tacos, fried chicken and sub sandwiches.

    Another Party Option:

An indoor house party after dinner time is a fun, inexpensive option. Serve snack foods and plenty of soft drinks throughout the evening. If you have the budget for it, bring out something heartier around 11p.m. or midnight such as submarine sandwiches, pizza or burgers. Have your sound system set up in the main party area with plenty of music selections. Ask your birthday girl what kinds of music her and her friends are into for the sound selections. Make a few active board games available such as Pictionary or even Twister.

But most of all, Have Fun!
