Birthday Party Ideas

Question

the birthday party is for a 14 year old. we want to do it where there's a lot of things to do for a low-cost price. something like paintball fields (we dont have ANY near us so that's out of the question even though it is a good idea) and some people suggested moonwalks or snow dome parties. what exactly are these and where can i find a place that provides this for a low price? are there any games you can play that are good (not board games or anything like that). we really need help!
