Birthday Party for a 4 year old?

Im having my daughters birthdy party ay a local park that has a splash pad. Their ages range from1 year to 10 years, im trying to find something fun with water (besides water balloons) that we can do with them....anyone have any ideas??

water guns?  I'm sure you can get cheap one's at walmart or the dollar store.

Grab a summer issue of American Girl magazine at the library...............they have really good games

Why dont you try giving everybody bubbles to blow? Really, theres not anything much you could do with water in my opinon unless you were at a big water park. Have you considered a piñata for the kids? Or may i suggest even changing your whole them all togeather. Why dont you have, like, a carnival theme birthday party? You could set up a couple of booths in your backyard and, like, have a whole bunch of carnival games instead where your guests can actually win prizes or something. I mean, its just a suggestion. These ideas may or may not work for you or your budget but i wish you good luck anyway and happy birthday to your 4 year old.

You should have seperate party for them all in their age catergy decorations. You can give them a budget(for the big ones)and take them shopping and you can decide for the one to 4years old i guess.

*Sponge & Bucket Relay - try to fill up a bowl or cup the fastest

*Beach Balls for the toddlers

this does have to do with water ballons but you dont throw them you divde them in to teams and a parents is on the end the kids have to run to and have a bucket of water balloons same amount each the parent holds the water balloon down and the kids have to pop it with there bottom most kids love it even little ones i would suggest no one younger than 3 or 4 play it though
