Birthday Party ideas for 7 year old boy in Florida?

We are thinking about doing it at this small water park near the house, or Boomers with the mini golf and kiddie rides...

any other ideas??? He is turning 7 and will have around 20 other kids (his whole second grade class) plus family which has a bunch of kids..

A water park or mini-golf is a great idea if you have the money and the weather looks like it will be good.  If not, bowling alleys often host really reasonably priced parties, too, and you don't have to worry about what you would do if the weather was bad that day.

If you have the room, you could also host a party at your house.  We used to do make your own pizzas and have pinatas and scavenger hunts with prizes, but those were much smaller parties than the one you're having.
