Birthday ideas for a 14th birthday party?

I'm turning 14 on 1st September and i'm looking to have my party around the 29th before school begins.

there will be 8-9 people in total (my best friends) and we need something to do!

I don't want it to be too pricey but not boring either. Something fun, and maybe something you have to get dressed up to do.

I'd rather go out of the house than stay in or do a bit of both. (i'm also having a sleep over at night)

Any ideas are welcome, please help :)
