Well, it depends what your looking for. What are you preferences ? Personally i don't go to any fast food restaurants but i know a lot of my friends go to McDonald's lol. I clicked on those links and if i had to choose, i would chose the rain-forest cafe.

I took my boyfriend to Mildreds on his birthday. He's veggie and loved the food, as did I. In fact, I had the best ice cream ever there!

However, the service is poor - long wait to order, a terse waitress and we had to share our table with strangers due to overcrowding.

Haven't been to the other places on your list, but if you just want great food and don't care about the service, I recommend Mildreds.

It's got to be Woodlands on the little bit at the bottom of Marylebone High Street. I have now eaten in their branches in Wembley, Piccadilly, Hampstead, Chiswick and Singapore

and this is without a doubt the best. Go large on the starters they are fantastic and the birthday will be fantastic. I'm drooling just thinking about it now.
