Well, it depends on what types of things she likes.

If she likes girl stuff, like makeup and parties, throw a nightclub-themed or a hollywood themed party.

If she's a gothy-girl who likes dark stuff, I suggest a costume or halloween party.

If she likes Japan, do a anime or cosplay party(or both!) and so on and so on.....

It depends on what she likes, so try a website that does parties, or try asking the question again a little bit clearer......
