I'm planning a party for my 10 year old. I'd love food, decoration, theme ideas. Money will be a little tight.

  1. O wat about a sleep over thats wat i did for my 10th birthday and my mom told scary storys it was really kool or you could go to build a bear or chucky cheeses

  2. I wouldn't worry about entertaining the adults - watching kids that age goof off is entertainment enough!

  3. Pink Poodle in Paris Party! Dress the birthday girl in a black beret and a big pink poodle skirt. Have older girls or moms do french manicures on the party goers. Decorate with loads of pink carnations. Eat fancy finger sandwiches, chocolate covered strawberries, pink punch in fancy glasses, and bon-bons. Poodle cake of course. Shindigz.com has a cute craft to make thier own poodles purses to take their nail polish goodies home in. You can play the movie Funny Face with Audrey Hepburn in the background. It has lush beautiful views of Paris and high fashion clothing. Purchase a large metal Eiffel Tower for your centerpeice. You can find them on eBay.

  4. In my house, we do scavenger hunts.  The people break up into groups (adults and kids) and we make a list of items.  The stuff is like a penny the year the child was born, a rubbing of a headstoe with the same first name as the child, a golf ball, a napking from KFC, etc.)  We set a time limit of 2 hours and the race has begun.  THe kids love it and so do the adults.  Everyone really gets into it.  We have a prize for the winning team.  When we all get back, we BBQ.

  5. build a bear! so much fun!

  6. asked what that person  like and there u go
