Birthday party for going on 13??

i really want to have an amazing party. THE party of the year b/c im gonna be a teenager. i was thinking of an underwater themed dance party. I wanted to get cocktail waitresses to serve little foods, and i really wanted there to be a pool. does anyone know any places i can host this party around dallas, tx??? there does not have to be a pool, but preffereably.
