have a dance party! like you could do it in a room in your house or a place that has a room like that. just have plenty of music playing and food and drinks for everybody! it would be like a dance except everybody would stop in the middle of it and sing happy birthday!

or rent a big blow up water slide! these are always fun, especially if you put soap on them!! you could also get water balloons and have a water balloon fight!

you could have a food fight!

you could go to a place that offers laser tag and have a laser tag party!

you could have a skating party at a skating rink!

When I was 12 my friends and I went to the local amusement park. My parents were there, but we were allowed to split up. That was the late 80's though, things were a lot different back then. After you could invite them over for pizza, or whatever they'd like and then the gals could sleep over - you could get chick flicks, or scary movies.....

I thought that was fun, but that was almost 20 years ago. Kids are probably different now!

ask your daughter what she would like - its her birthday and she should be old enough to be interested in certain things/themes. Maybe Dora or Fairies or Princess party?

Since all they do is want to play, take them all to the playground at the park and let them have at it. They will remember it more than you realize.
