Birthday party planning help?

I just wondering where are some cheap places to buy party supplies online. I know I could go to the dollar store which is where I will probably end up going but I am just wondering if there were some places online that have reasonably cheap supplies. My budget is about $40 and there will be about 20 guests. Thank you!

$40.00 for 20 guests?  How are you going to feed that many people and provide beverages for that amount?  Or is that just the budget for the decorations?

EDIT:  Ah, gotcha.  Do you have a Papermart near you?  They have pretty cheap prices and a pretty decent selection as well.

Do a google search for "Parties in a Box." They prepackage everything for you depending on the number of guests, theme, budget, etc. It's worth a shot!

dollor store is your best bet

Ebay might have some affordable things but the dollar store is still probably cheaper.
