Birthday place in Bay area - 19 y/o?

Hey everyone! I'm Russian and just moved down SF Bay area half a year ago. In Russia we don't have any problems with hanging out under 21, but down here it became an issue...

I'm turning 19 in a few weeks and wondering if there is any chance to make my Bday fun? I'm planning to invite not more than 8 people, but plain dinner in a restaurant seems to be pretty boring. Would you recommend me something? Thanx in advance.

hire a room at the italian social club on russia street and hire a band

go to pier 39 in san francisco. you can have dinner at bubba gumps or something and there is so much fun stuff to do on the pier.  http://pier39.com/

go to bodega bay, or someplace like santa cruz beach boardwalk, waterworld, six flags

go to a concert. thats always fun! lol. ticketmaster.com

if you are into clubbing, i suggest going to city nights, whisper, or glaskat. if not, there are other options like going on a cruise or a hookah lounge. =]
