Birthday plans 19 year old.....?

My sisters birthday is coming up and shes turning 19. Where is a fun hot place we can go to in NYC. we live in Brooklyn but we want to go to the city somewhere nice. any ideas?

webster hall on thursday is 19 and over i believe its on 14th street by 4th avenue in the city....its also ladies night AND they do a little strip show for the ladies...so enjoy..lol
