Birthday plans for 13th b-day

Im trying to think of a great idea for my b-day. i am turning 13 and i am a girl. i have had alot of great parties but i want this to be the best but to stay within my budget. anyone have good ideas for a awesome co-ed party for me?

tell everyone to wear white and have blacklites throut your house then there cloths would lite up and glow...Awsome!!!

try a hollywood themed party. Get everyone to dress up as their favorite movie stars.

Pick your favorite thing in the world to do and do it, with friends. You can have a skating party, a swimming party, a haunted house party if its around that time. Just find something yo like to do and make that thing special. Its your day! Enjoy!
