Birthday practical joke?

Question

It's my managers birthday on Thursday and we have football training. We want to play a practical joke or something on him to lighten the mood and have a laugh. We can tell everyone tomorrow at training ready for thursday but it needs to be something that we can do whilst doing drills or something. Any ideas welcome

maybe do the exact opposite of what he tells you to do during drills. like if he tells you to do push ups everyone start doing jumping jacks or something like that! i think that'll be funny!
