Birthday present for a boyfriend?

Question

His birthday is the end of august. We've been dating for two years this friday.

He's not the type of person that likes souvenir stuff or decorations or like, something that would sit on a desk. He's not a clothes person either.

He's interested in sports, music, video games, i guess the average guy stuff. I was considering getting him a new ipod but its kind of expensive. I might be able to pull it off with his mom's help though.

His mom already got him red sox tickets so I can't do that. Any other suggestions?

get him a video game my husband is the same way but loves video games lol or get him something he can play on the compeuter get him some wii pants lol thats what I got my husband he loves them lol some boxers or a nice shirt would be cute !!!

how about some team insignia tube socks to go with the ticket.

how about a red sox jersey to wear to the game. that would be nice.

get him something new that he would need for the sports he plays (bat,hockey stick,underarmor) or a really nice cologne

Get him a $20 video store card, popcorn and candy, and tell him he can pick out the movies and you can spend the evening together (on whenever date he wants)
