Birthday present ideas...?

i have three close frineds with 21st birthdays coming up and i want to get them something nice but i am very skint this month, i would be willing to make them presents but cant seem to think of any good ideas. has anyone got any ideas?

I'm not sure exactly how much money you have, but I suggest you do something for all three of them. Maybe you could invite them over to your place for dinner a cook them a really nice meal full of their favourite foods. You could even follow it up with a really girly sleepover (assuming your friends are girls), where you hire a bunch of movies, provide a lot of junk food and do everything you did when you were younger at sleepovers. To make it even more special, take lots of photos and then put together a mini photo album or scrapbook for each of them so that they can remember the night.

Cheap shops and sometime book stores like The Works sell canvases that you could paint for them. Buy a few test pots of paint from Wilkinson and do them each a personalised one with their favourite colours. The designs don't even have to be that hard, just simple shapes can be really effective. I made on for my friend and she loved it. You could also stick arts and crafty bits on it to make it a little 3D.

how about buying a cheap photo frame and jazzing it up with lil crystals and girlie gems? (shouldnt cost much at ur local fabric shop) then puting in a pic of u all??

hey, you could do like a scrap book, photo album thing and put pictures of you all in them :)

One of the best presents I ever got was a home-made scrap book with pics, ticket stubs from past outings, letters written to each other years ago, newspaper clippings from past school events we were part of, etc. The last page had a note saying all the extra empty pages were for events to come. It was nice to think my friend kept all these things. I realized i had a great friend!

I don't know if you want to do this for all of your friends, because you might wanna mix it up amongst your three close friends to not make you look that cheap, but you could always buy a nice picture frame and put a picture of you and that close friend in the frame and maybe add your own little decor to the frame. You could also, just for fun, because I doubt your friend would wear it in public haha, but you could buy a cheap tote bag and have a picture of you and one of the three close friends printed onto the tote bag. Also, you could make a scrapbook album for the friend that you have the most pictures for and feel you know the best. Hope this helps (:

I know I kind of say this for every thing... what about a scrapbook?

It's creative and they'll know that it came from your heart.

They can keep it forever and it's something that's easy to personalize for  each of them. wish them a happy birthday for me!
