I'm turning 13 this year and I have no idea what kind of party I can to do. What should I do?

the best idea would be truth and dare

if you are also inviting boys then you tell one boy and one girl to kiss for 3 minutes and if they failand break apart before that. thenthe girl has to kiss all the boys present there and the boy has to kiss all the girls present there

or you could tell them to strip and then dance naked(one boy one girl)

and yes there should be no limitations for the boys

they should be aloowed to touch the girls wherever they want and even when they're stripping that would be interesting

same for the girls if it happens that the girl is naked and the boy is shy or the girl is shy and the boy is naked, then the boy and girl can take off each other's clothes

and while stripping you have to waer your bra abd panty and boys have to waer their underwear

Unfortunately, I don't know what a thirteen-year-old party would be like because I'm not. However, I do have some themes you might like to consider.

Try a decades theme. ('80s would be best). Say you choose a decade like my suggestion, you have have people arrive in those kinds of outfits and play lots of '80s music. And as the hostess, you can speak '80s lingo t your guests. Eventually they will find out what you mean and start talking like that too.

Or you can try something like a fairy tale theme. Play music from the old Disney movies, and have people come dressed up like a fairy tale character. And the decorations would be easy to set up. Like it's a castle or an enchanted forest.

Another theme you can try is - obviously - Yahoo! Wear shirts with the Y! logo and it can be a referance to all the opportunities on Yahoo.com. Y! Music, Y! Movies, Y! Answers, etc.

How about a camp-out with a barbecue?  Every age group loves a treasure hunt - you could make a weekend of it - you could even have it in your yard if you don't have somewhere you can camp near to you.   Hope you have a wonderful birthday - you only get to be 13 once X

If it's a small group, take them to a theme park for a whole day. Maybe a sleepover after that?

If it's a larger group, do you have a pool or someone you are close to have one? You could have a pool party.

Wo! I'm turning 13 this year also. This is your big chance to have a big party. My mom and dad said since this is your first year to be a teen. You will have a party juts like you sweet 16! So I'm having a Swimming - Hawaiian party. Everyone pretty much is on my list.
