Birthday resturant reccomendations help please!!?

what resturant would you reccomend for a birthday dinner? please listt them from highest reccomendation to lowest based on the following info:

we have about 10 highschoolers, we want somsething semi formal, not so expensive (150 dollars or under), and we want the place to have a fun enviroment and good food.

First,

$150 for 10 kids is a pretty short budget.   Without yourself, tax, and tip included, that's $15 a kid.  Minus the cost of their Coke or Sprite, they have about $13 for a meal---which kicks places like Cheesecake Factory out.

If you want to go fun but inexpensive, try out the casual joints.  TGI Friday's, Bennigan's, or Applebee's.

Ruby Tuesday is still inexpensive & is going for that formal dining look.

i would choose buca di beppo because they have yummy food there and you can share because they have big food plates.

so buca is my choice
