  1. ARM

    Artificial Ruputring of your Membranes

A procedure used to induce or speed up labour, whereby the bag of waters around the baby is broken.

    PPH

I am pretty sure is, postpartum hemorrhage

Postpartum hemorrhage (PPH) is a potentially life-threatening complication of both vaginal and cesarean delivery. Traditionally, PPH was defined as blood loss greater than 500 mL in a vaginal delivery and greater than 1,000 mL in a cesarean delivery. However, studies have revealed that an uncomplicated delivery often results in blood loss of more than 500 mL without any compromise of the mother's condition. These findings resulted in adoption of a broader definition for PPH. Any bleeding that results in signs and symptoms of hemodynamic instability, or bleeding that could result in hemodynamic instability if untreated, is considered PPH. Blood loss of greater than 1,000 mL with an vaginal delivery or a decrease in postpartum hematocrit level greater than 10% of the prenatal value also can be considered PPH.

    VBAC

Vaginal Birth After Cesarean (That one is pretty much self explanatory

    TOS

The only thing I could find for this was Thoracic Outlet Syndrome

Thoracic outlet syndromes are a group of disorders that cause pain and abnormal nerve sensations in the neck, shoulder, arm, and/or hand.

    ECV

    External Cephalic Version

If your baby is still in a breech position by week 37 of your pregnancy, your doctor or midwife may try to turn it to the vertex (head-down) position using external cephalic version (ECV). In the hands of an experienced doctor or midwife, ECV is a very safe procedure with a success rate of 60 to 70 percent.

    SPD

    Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction

Your body produces a hormone known as relaxin during pregnancy. Relaxin softens the ligaments in your pelvis to enable your baby to pass through your pelvis. Normally, the two halves of your pelvis do not move very easily because the symphysis pubis is strengthened by ligaments. If one side of your pelvis moves more than the other side, you can experience pain and inflammation. This can happen when you walk or move your legs and the pain can become severe.
