Biscuit advance

Question

I have had my Bradley BTST02 for about 2 years. It has worked fine until now ... but today the mechanism that advances the wood biscuits is doing it continuously ... not just every 20 minutes or so. Is thewre something I can do myself to correct this ? If not can you tell me where I can get it repaired in Toronto, Ontario, Canada ?
